How to Run a Group
Here's everything you need to bring your group together.
1. The leader purchases the full course.
That's you, or whoever's organizing. You'll get the videos and access for the group to use together.
2. Everyone else gets their own book.
Each participating mom and daughter purchases their own Mother/Daughter book bundle (or the full course if they'd rather have their own access).
3. Pick your format
Some groups do one big gathering per session, others meet more casually over several weeks, rotating homes or meeting at a parish. There's no wrong way to do it.
4. Watch together, talk together.
Play the session video, then use the workbook prompts to guide discussion. No prep required beyond pressing play.

I wanted to follow up now that we’ve completed our Women Wonderfully Made sessions. Overall, it was an incredibly positive experience for both the moms and daughters! Thank you for creating such a thoughtful resource—it fostered meaningful conversations, strengthened mother-daughter relationships, and built a wonderful sense of community among our families.
Our group consisted of moms with daughters around ages 9–12 from our (Catholic) Great Hearts community. We met one Saturday morning each month, rotating homes, which ended up being one of the highlights for everyone. The girls especially loved gathering in different homes each month, and the hospitality and fellowship that naturally developed became an important part of the experience.
Perhaps the greatest affirmation of the course was that, by the end, the girls didn’t want it to be over! We’ve already gathered for a mother-daughter dinner since finishing and are planning additional get-togethers this summer because everyone wanted to continue the friendships that were formed. 🙂

No, any size is welcome.
No, only the leader needs video access. Participants can purchase the book on its own.
There’s no special group pricing, the value is in doing this together, not in a lower price.
We recommend that you start this course as soon as you get the materials, but we get it that life happens! The group leader will have access to the videos for six months from your start date.
When the group leader purchases the full course, they will be directed to our private member site which is also available as an app for those who would like to use it on a phone or tablet. All the downloads, videos, and the online community is there. The site is only available to those who purchase the full course, not to those who only get the books.
Set aside about 60-75 minutes for each of the five sessions. The video is given in 2 parts, each less than 20 minutes, but you want to give time for your daughter to ask questions and fill in her workbook with you. Of course, if you would like to build in more time for socializing, a craft, or group discussion, that is up to you!
No, just play each session’s video and follow the workbook prompts. Nothing to prepare in advance.
Not much! We suggest that every mom order her books and look through them before the first session. Page 1-2 includes some brief instructions for each mom. If she wants to, the leader can watch the Intro video before the first session. Other than that, things are pretty easy. Just set get your friends together, click play, and I will do the rest!
We don’t offer refunds, and actually no one has ever asked for one! Moms and daughters love this course and are usually able to complete it a short time frame.
Yes! The information given in the course is for all women and girls, no matter what their faith background. We encourage prayer based on scripture and relationship with God as our Heavenly Father.
The average age for first menstruation for girls is 12, but it is best for a girl to have this information BEFORE these changes start happening so she is prepared and empowered. Another factor is the social groups your daughter is exposed to. It is best if you are the first one to give her this information, not classmates or the internet. We do not discuss male sexuality at all, this course only covers the changes in the female body.
