The Messy Family Project is coming to Australia and New Zealand this May with a series of talks, workshops, and community events designed to help YOU build a stronger, more joyful home culture.
From parish events and leadership roundtables to gatherings for mums, dads, and couples, this tour will offer practical encouragement and real tools for family life.
What This Tour Is About
Building a Stronger Family Culture at Home
The Family Culture Course and related events are designed to help parents and family leaders be more intentional about the kind of home life they are creating.
These events will explore themes like:
- building a faith-filled family culture
- strengthening marriage and family identity
- leading your home with purpose
- supporting mums and dads in their distinct roles
- creating deeper connection in everyday family life

Family Culture Course Weekend Event
Friday, May 8, 6:00-9:00 pm & Saturday, May 9, 8:00 am-4:00 pm at St Peter Chanel and St Joseph Parish, Berala
Join us for the Family Culture Course, created to help families grow in unity, purpose, and faith. This is a full day of practical formation and encouragement for families who want to be more intentional about the culture they create at home.

Join us for an evening with other couples to discuss forming a family culture that the world cannot break!
Growing Your Family Culture
2:00-4:00 pm at St Michael’s Parish, Lane Cove
A focused session on growing your family culture with practical takeaways and a four-page handout for participants.
Daytime Gathering for Leaders
Mike and Alicia will be joining Catholic leaders in marriage formation for a special daytime roundtable, with space for discussion, collaboration, and shared vision. (Invitation only event)
Mums and Bubs: Following the Footsteps of Mary
9:00 am-12:00 pm at St Jeromes Parish, Punchbowl
Alicia will be gathering with moms to reflect on their identity as a daughter of God and the importance of prioritizing the role of wife before the role of mother.
Men’s Club: What it means to be a Father

Join Mike and other dads for an evening for men focused on leadership, fatherhood, and building a strong family culture.
